Before receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the disciples were powerless, did not perform signs & wonders and tried to get back to their old lives. But after the experience and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, they never turned back in their walk with Jesus Christ. Instead, they walked in a new authority. We need the power of the Holy Spirit to live a pure life and to proclaim the Gospel in this world.
