Rev. Joseph Tan is the founder and senior pastor of The Living Way Church – a dynamic, independent Charismatic church that has grown and multiplied five times since its inception three years ago. Rev. Joseph has many years of missions experience, serving both in the field as well as being missions director. The Lord has taken him to many nations, holding revival, evangelistic and camp meetings. Rev. Joseph holds a B.Th. and Master's Degree in Pastoral Leadership. He is married to Pastor Eileen and they have two boys.

In Deuteronomy 2:3, God told Israel that they had camped around Mount Sinai for too long and told them to move. Likewise in our Christian lives, we love to stay at the same place to enjoy the "blessings", not knowing that we might be missing out on something greater ahead of us. It is only when we start moving that we will see the fullness of God in our lives. It is time to move on with God until we reach the finishing line. Our God is always on the move, and so must we!
