1st & 2nd service • 8.30 & 10.30am Speaker: Ps. Yang Tuck YoongSermon: IntegrityIn this dark and corrupt world that we live in, the man who walks in his integrity shines brightly. Walking in integrity is certainly costly in our day and age; but the lack of it is even more so. In Matthew 16: 26, Jesus said, "What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul?" How many of us are willing to lose our own souls just so that we can make a little more money? How many of us are willing to tell a lie just so that we can secure a deal? When we choose worldly gain over personal integrity, we hurt and invariably sell out our own soul. A compelling message!Don't miss The Vine Band from Hong Kong as they lead us in a time of worship in this Sunday's services.MORE ABOUT THE VINE BANDThe Vine Band is a modern praise and worship band based in Hong Kong, China. Led by worship leader, Tom Read, The Vine Band has been pioneering a new sound of worship in Hong Kong, and throughout Asia. Their vision is to see and hear a new sound of worship rising up from Asia and make a significant impact around the world.

Amongst the many benefits and rewards of fasting, you will discover a fresh encounter with God that will open the windows of heaven and slam shut the gates of hell. This message is vital for every person who calls himself a follower of Jesus.
10.30amBURMESESERVICEVenue: Level 3 Foyer Creche
Speaker: Ps. Saw ThihaSermon: God-given VisionMany of us have goals that we often refer to as our "vision". However, some goals actually work against God-given vision. When we turn to the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-19, it clearly shows that Jesus wants His disciples to be disciple-making ministers. This is what God-given vision is for all believers. There will be costly commitments and inevitable hardship, but the fruit of God-given vision will ultimately produce tremendous blessings.
1.00pmYOUTH SERVICEVenue: Main AuditoriumOdeon Katong
Speaker: Andrew YeoSermon: The Cry for Help!
In order to make a difference in the lives of others, we need to let God make a difference in our own lives. Jesus said to the leper, "I will, be thou clean." Those are the same words that He wants to say to the need of every man today. The healing of the Leper was far more than just a physical healing. Christ seeks not to simply save our soul but to fully and wholly restore us. Jesus is willing to heal, but are we willing to come to him to be healed?
2.00pmAFRICAN SERVICEVenue: Theatrette 1Odeon Katong
Speaker: Pastor John EkundayoSermon: The Road to Rehoboth (part 1 of 5)
Rehoboth means spaciousness or enlargement. This is the Word of God to us in the African Congregation for the year 2009. The times we live in bear striking resemblance to the time of Isaac’s sojourn in Gerar of the Philistines, described as “times of famine”. We can learn much from the patriarchs on how they made the Almighty God, the Possessor of heaven & earth, their source of sustenance and strength in times of famine.
SaturdayLife! A new Saturday evening service of Cornerstone Community Church Every Saturday, 5-7pm @ Katong Audi #02-34 THIS WEEK JANUARY 10Journeying into God's PromisesSpeaker: Ps. Lim Lip Yong
The truth is that most of us have received promises from God in our lives, yet shockingly, most have no idea how God is going to bring those promises to pass in our lives. In fact, for a lack of knowledge and understanding, many believers never enter into the promises and calling of God in their lives.
Come take a journey with the Patriarch Abraham and discover keys for entering into God's promises.
